At Datadean, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a straightforward refund and return policy for any physical or software items you may wish to return. To be eligible for a refund or return, please ensure you notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods. Physical items must be returned to us within 28 days, and they should meet the following conditions:

* Items must be in their original, sealed packaging, with both the machine and product packaging undamaged.
* Items should not have been used, fitted, or worn, except for trying them on.
* Items must be undamaged, unaltered, unsoiled, and unwashed.
* Items should be in perfect, resalable condition, ideally with tags or labels still attached.

Please note that refunds can only be issued back to the original source of payment. We commit to processing all refunds within 14 days after initiating the refund process, in accordance with consumer rights regulations.

Items made to specific requirements are excluded from these terms and cannot be refunded unless they are faulty or you did not receive the exact item you ordered (colour, size, etc.).

We offer a minimum 1-year warranty on all products available at our web store, www.aitradingassistant.uk. If the products delivered are not as described, or are faulty/damaged, you are entitled to a full refund, provided that the items are returned within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a warranty claim during the warranty period, please contact us at email@aitradingassistant.uk with your order number and the reason for return. We will then issue a return authorisation number and address the issue you are experiencing. Please note for physical/non-software items, that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs in all instances. Ensure that the goods are properly packaged for transit, as we cannot offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to inadequate packaging. We recommend sending the items via tracked or recorded delivery to guarantee their safe return. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will conduct thorough tests and inspections, and if necessary, send them to the manufacturer for further evaluation. Based on our findings, we will proceed with one of the following solutions:

* If we or the manufacturer determine that the goods are in perfect working order and free of faults, we will return them to you.
* If the goods are found to be faulty, we will send a replacement to you as promptly as possible.
* If the goods are damaged due to misuse, neglect, or other reasons not covered by the warranty, or if the claim is made after the specified warranty period, we will return them to you.

Physical goods damaged in transit
Upon receiving your goods from the courier, we advise you to thoroughly inspect the items to ensure they are in perfect condition. If the goods are found to be damaged during transit, please contact us at email@aitradingassistant.uk within 24 hours. Failing to notify our courier within this timeframe will prevent us from filing a claim for the damaged goods. To expedite the courier claim process, we will need the following information from you:

* Photos showing any damage to the box or boxes.
* Photos of the internal packaging within the box.
* Photos of the shipping label attached to the box.
* Photos of the damaged items received. If you notify us within the 24-hour window, we will swiftly arrange a solution, such as dispatching a replacement to you.

How to return physical goods
To initiate a return, please email us at email@aitradingassistant.uk, and we will provide you with a return number. Include a cover note with your name, order number, and the reason for the return. Please ensure that all manuals accompanying the goods are returned as well. It is crucial that the items are properly packaged for transit. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items damaged due to insufficient packaging. For metal detectors, coils, etc., please place them in their original boxes before packaging them in an additional box for shipping, with postage labels attached. This step is essential to prevent damage to the original boxes during the returns process. We recommend shipping the goods with tracking or insurance, as we cannot refund or replace items that we do not receive. Upon receipt, we will inspect the items to ensure they are in resalable condition before issuing a refund for your order. We will cover the return postage costs only if the items were faulty or not as described. Please send all returns to the following address:
